| Artichoke Dip
|
Great dip for either crackers or toasted bread.

| Ingredients: 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2-5 cloves garlic, pressed

| Preparation: Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with crackers, chips, or toasted bread
