Homus Easy to make, eat with flatbread. Andy Picard
Ingredients:

1 can chick peas
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1/4 t salt
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 T parsley crushed

Preparation:

Drain chick peas and reserve liquid.
Blend peas and garlic in a food prosseser.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Blend, adding reserved liquid until you get the desired consistency.
