| Preparation: In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and spices. In a big bowl, beat the egg white until fluffy and almost stiff. Add the nuts to the egg white and mix well to coat. Add the sugar and spice and again mix well to coat the nuts. Spread nuts onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
