Mint Chocolate Dessert Yummy Renee
Ingredients:

Cake Layer
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup (16oz can) Hershey's syrup

Mint Cream Center
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tbs water
1/2 to 3/4 tsp mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

Chocolate Topping
6 tbs butter
1 cup of chocolate chips

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 13 x 9 rectangular pan
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, syrup and beat until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 25-30 min, or until springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely in pan.
Once cool, spread mint cream center on cake, cover and chill.
Pour chocolate topping over chilled dessert and cover. Chill one hour before serving
