20 oz broccoli
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
6 tablespoons Sherry
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Chicken Breast
Preparation:
Cook broccoli
Melt butter, blend in flour
Add chicken broth, cook until thick
Stir in cream, sherry, salt
Place all in 9x13 glass dish
Cover with parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Broil until top is golden brown
