2 pounds hamburger 6 large onions 6 ribs celery (from hearts) 28 ounces diced tomatoes (preferably petite) 12 ounces tomato paste 36 ounces water 3 tablespoons salt 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 large cloves garlic 1 teaspoon mustard seed 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon rosemary 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons chili powder 3 cans kidney beans 2 tablespoons olive oil
Brown hamburger. Chop onions and celery. Add to pan & cook until soft. Add all ingredients except beans and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add beans and heat to desired temperature.
