Crockpot White Chili Nice change of pace, great use for leftover chicken. Ron
Ingredients:

3 15 oz cans Great Northern or Pinto beans
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c chopped green pepper
2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed and chopped.
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dried oregano
3 1/2 c. chicken broth

Preparation:

drain beans and combine all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 5 hours.
