Turkey cut in bite size pieces
5 or 6 potatoes peeled and cut in bite size pieces
4 to 5 carrots sliced
about 2 tablespoons dried onions
Half teaspoon each mustard seed, celery seed & rosemary
Leftover gravy
Scrapings from bottom of pan
Salt to taste
About 2 quarts water
Preparation:
Put water, potatoes, carrots, onions and spices in a 4 quart sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until potatoes and carrots are done. Add turkey & heat to boiling. Add thickening if desired.
