Stuffing Stuffing for turkey Mom
Ingredients:

1 to 1 1/2 pounds stale dense white bread, diced
Blender filled with onions and 1 rib celery and garlic
Milk to come up almost half way up blender.
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
2 teaspoons sage
1/8 cup parsley
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 4oz. can mushrooms with juice
one recipe giblet soup
2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation:

Put bread in large bowl.
Carefully add remaining ingredients ending with the slightly warmed giblet soup.
If mixture is too wet, add bread.
If too dry, add milk.
Spoon into cavities at both ends of the bird. Close with whatever method you prefer.
